Job Description

We've got an exciting opportunity for a Social Content Producer to join our Emmy Award-winning Creative Social team, working alongside one of our partners - a leading global beauty brand.

We are looking for someone with strong knowledge across all social media platforms, as well as a good understanding of how brands can use social media to engage audiences online. Someone with experience leading/working on organic and paid campaigns at a national level working alongside internal and external stakeholders.

They have an established creator network and are adept at working with and briefing creators and makers for social outputs.

The role will be hybrid from our LA office.

Responsibilities:

Social Campaign Account Management

• Contribute to the development of the social media presence of our clients, helping drive reach and engagement for their social channels with excellent creative and strategy.
• The social media manager will work closely with our internal strategy, creative and analytics teams as well as our client partners to deliver always on social content and creator content.
• Contribute to the creation and management of content calendars for organic assets, and creating copy with oversight from the team. They will also work with social designers on the creation of assets

Content Production

• Experience contracting creators to develop content for social media: static assets, short and long-form video (Reels, TikTok and longer scripted pieces), GIPHY stickers, GIFs, and memes.
• Work closely with our internal creative, content, production teams and client partners to understand creator needs and build talent pools and contracts as needed.
• Working closely with the Production and Project Management team to ensure successful delivery of our projects in time and on budget.
• Understand and follow internal processes, including but not limited to developing content briefs, building timing plans, content calendars, live working documents, and contracts.

Social Media Expertise

• Ensure they remain up to date with the new trends/behaviors on social media and translate this to various clients in a reactive and relevant way.
• Ensure best practices are followed on reporting and measurement to drive commercial impact

Account Management

• Working closely with the Production and Project Management team to ensure successful delivery of our projects, in time and on budget.
• This will involve understanding and following internal processes, including but not limited to timing plans, content calendars, live working documents and wash up reports.
• Liaising with clients and key stakeholders to receive briefs and key information, ensure they are made aware of all relevant information, and are able to input on key decisions and sign off.

Qualifications

• 3 years of professional industry experience.
• At least 3 years executing content on behalf of a brand.
• At least 2 years of experience managing creators on behalf of a brand.
• Experience using Sprinklr
• Experience building audiences and increasing engagement.
• Someone who is comfortable talking with clients and talent alike.
• Somebody who is passionate about and understands mainstream social media audiences, beauty and pop culture.
• Have an excellent understanding of all social media platforms.
• Must be a team player, and be able to wear different hats.
• Experience with creative / social media agencies desired.
